Hi, I used this service once and a friend did the same based on my recommendation. Really frieldly people but beyond the basic quick service I wouldnt recommend this place. His fuel pump was replaced and he had major issue. Without going into major details. He went back to fix an ongoing issue within 2 days and the guy mentioned that he would have to leave the car for the day as it requires him to open up the entire system and it was a major effort. The problem continues!!
Also you will get calls that you need to change this or this needs to be looked at...cross sell/upsell.
Nice friendly people but will not go back again.
I have been getting my car serviced with the team at Midas Concord for around 2 years now. Staff are always courteous and make an effort to accomodate me when I call first thing in the morning wanting to book my car in. My services and pink slips have been completed with proficiency and honesty.
I would, and have, recommended Midas Concord to anyone with even the smallest of car concerns.
This place has changed hands and they should not be trusted. I was told my car needed a lot of work, I was unsure so I took it elsewhere for a second opinion and I was told my car was totally fine. Beware.
Midas Concord has had the same owner for few years now and this review that you have written is not true, the mechanics here know there job and are really honest mechanics, especially the owner Mansoor, he has fixed my car many times and always given me a good price, if they are so bad why did you return again after one year, when your so called new car was fine and had no issues. this review is sham.
