Midas

Disgusted with Midas manager.
Advised my daughter her car was dangerous to drive . When it only needed a basic service . Informed her that the car needed $2k plus of work to be safe to drive . Took the car to Ultratune had the car checked and was informed that she had been lied to .A very low act Midas . Our family and friends will never trust Midas again .

Horrible. I took my car there for the first time and definitely the last. Had issues with the central locking not working straight after a service with them. When I reported the issue they offered to get their auto electrician to look at it at ''my' cost as what they did would not have caused the issue. Got Mazda to look at and it appears they knocked some connection within the car while replacing the pollen filter in my Mazda 3.

When I took it back to them before an apology was made, they kept weaselling their way out of having to pay me the cost to get Mazda to fix the issue. They didn't pay anything finally. Instead offered to give a discount at the next visit . Ridiculous and yet again I learn the hard way you get what you pay for.
