WARNING - DO NOT USE MIDAS KEW. --- Due to their incompetence I have spent close to $4000.00 on a job that should have cost approximately $1600. --- - In short, the management is a complete charlatan. They are greedy, and non reliable business management. The Midas warranty is not worth the paper it's written on. --- SUMMATION OF EVENTS I came into Midas Kew (Had car towed in due to oil seal blow out at top of the engine, which is extremely uncommon and a clear sign of system being blocked and producing too much pressure (as later I discovered). After getting some over quoted work hours and parts, I proceeded with the job only to discover, the original and quite evident cause of the issue wasn't even looked at which resulted in the same problem, which I was forced to pay for twice. What ever INTERNAL issues you have with your franchises, the MIDAS warranty was NOT HONORED.
