Midas

I've taken my car twice to Midas in Mandurah. First time was to have work done on brakes, excellent job done, Second time was a service, and again very happy. Both times I've been met by friendly and helpful staff and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Midas to anyone looking for a mechanic.

Took my car in for new brake pads and rotors, sais id was urgent. Was told would give free brake inspection and let me know before I went to work at 12 what I would be up for. NO PHONE CALL. I phoned to follow up said it hadn't been done, they would leave a message on my phone to let me know what I needed as I would be at work, then continued to tell me I could phone them that night as they would be there working late on their car. NO CALL OR MESSAGE. Left a message on the phone for them to contact me ASAP. NO CALL. I rang again in the morning. The didn't have the correct equipment and was going to phone Audi to see if they would lend it to them. Told them I needed to know asap was told they were very busy but would get back to me, as you can see from the above I had buckleys of that happening. Had my car serviced today and am REALLY impressed with Midas. I booked in for the $149 complete service and a new fuel filter, they rang before they touched the car to inform me of a couple of minor issues and didn't push me to get them done straight away, then gave me the complete quote. I didn't pay any more than they quoted, they cleaned and washed my car and as apart of their latest special gave me 6months free road side assistance.



Definitely recommend them!

Recommended to all my family and friends. Mark and the guys took care of my car like it was their own. Its so refreshing to have someone who really cares and treats their customers so well. I wasn't just me as I could see how considerate they were to others as well. For once I am looking forward to my next service. Keep it up Mark!

VERY Dodgy Business!!! I have spent well over $4000 with Midas for problems with my car, servicing, brakes etc. I recently had a problem with my 98 vt commodore overheating so we took our car to Midas Mandurah after them telling us a list of thing that contributed to our car overheating we paid the $1000 bill. We took our car home and then drove about 5km to the local shops only to hear our car still bubbling away like a hot pot of water so we did our shopping as we reversed out of the car park there was coolant and fresh clean oil all over the road. We took our car straight home and rung Midas to let them know the problems with the car he told us to bring it back the following Monday as it was a weekend. My Father who know a fair bit about cars has had a look under the bonnet and immediately found a 8cm slice in the "new" radiator hose that had just been fitted and saw that the radiator cap was shot so we went and bought a $10 new radiator cap and problem ...read more
