They charged me $200 for only old battery maintance. While a new battery in battery world is only $150, including installment. Last time, they quoted me $1500 for a regular logbook service; finally, I choosed some "urgent" items, and costed nearly $800. It is absolutely ridiculous. I'll never be there again.
I was charged $1245.00 for a radiator which is RETAILED for$650.00. I was amazed that they would put such a blatant Profit margine on this item. I fell out with them over this. After they fitted this radiator, the fluid kept losing. I took the car back to them & they said it was a perished hose. I had already checked where the leak was, & found it was a hose not tightened up. They said the end of the hose was perished, & the conection to the Header tank was cracked. When I returned home I found the retaining screw cap to the housing the temperature sender was unscrewed by one turn & fluid pouring out. Now they have sent me a letter that my car is due for a service. I wouldn't let them service a WHEELBARROW!!
