I rang up this place they were very infomative and friendly and so I decided to take my TV to them. It was good old fashion service with a smile no question was unanswered and a very quick repair back within the week. It was not expensive and since then I have had most of my equipment looked at by them and the service was outstanding. A refreshing little business locally.
Claimed to fix my TV at a cost of 400-500 dollars. Got it home to discover a constant noise coming from the TV. Took it back they fixed it and claimed it was a secondary fault and that I had to pay another 200+ dollars for the fix.
These people are appalling. I was charged $185 for replacing a small phone part my research showed should only have cost $40. Had a big argument with them, but still had to pay over $100 as they had my credit card details. Please never go there.
Someone needs to check these people out. We agreed to pay $65 for a home visit. They took our DVD recorder away and when we decided it was too expensive to fix, they charged us an additional $65 just for the Quote. At no time were we told it would cost additional money to obtain a quote. I assumed that the original $65 quote covered all that.I will be taking this further.
Never ever use this place, wish I had done a little homework. Paid my money and got nothing. It was called a service fee. What rubbish
I completely agree with tom67 here, they are rip off merchants. "Free quote" what a joke! By the time they picked it up, gave us a quote (though only after we chased them for it) and decided not to proceed with them, it cost us about $200 to not get our TV fixed at all...
