Would NEVER deal with again! At time of booking car in for repair, I said I had to have the car back within 5 days - for the weekend as i have children and was hiring a car.
Dropped car off - amd was reassured that yes, car would be completed by Thurs / Fri.
On Friday, I rang THEM to query time for pickup, and was told "it won't be ready today, thats not going to happen" .. I explained that I have told them I needed the car by Friday, and they reassured me at drop off that would occur. The supervisor with absolutly NO customer service, could not have cared less! They were finishing the day early because "that is what they do", and he did not care that I had to foot the bill for a hire car for the additional days.
It's now Monday, and I we will see if the car is actually ready!
BE WARE - do not use! Poor customer service and do not deliver as promised!

I actually rear-ended one of the guys who works at Midland Smash Repairs. Lucky for me, he was the nicest bloke in the world, and actually organised the tow truck and repairs for me. He even offered to drop me home! The repairs were done well, and everyone I dealt with was friendly. The only reason I'm not rating 5 stars is that the whole job took 3 weeks - it took ages for the parts to come in.

Never have I had such lousy customer service...we called to postpone our repair one week and explained our daughter was ill in hospital with a brain injury - to be then told that they would send our parts back ( a plastic bumper) and that they did not really care as the job was not worth much to them!

Great service NOT, so we'll find someone who appreciates the business. We tried hard to send our work to a local business and they don't give a toss.
