I gracefully wandered through the doors, and purchased my scripts.
During my wait, I had picked up a mascara that was in my phone case & after being asked questions about my scripts - I completely forgot I had it until I got home!!
Low and behold the beeper went off, and I didn't have ANY IDEA as to how. I was mind boggled & just said "it's ok I don't have anything!" And walked out. I just assumed it was scripts etc.
But when he passed me the scripts, to bag up myself (great costumer service btw???????) and I popped the mascara in there thinking he had scanned it.
It's just clicked to me this morning that he likely wouldn't have scanned it.
So I'm pretty sure, they tried to put a chain up and 'lock me in' for $7 which I would happily reach out and pay for hadn't the assistant tried to lock me in!
Greedy Business practise. I had to go to them for a medicines for an infection on Christmas Eve. I had an antibiotic already in stock and so I showed the medicine to them if that is the one the doctor has prescribed. When I asked them to explain me the dosage they flatly refused saying that unless I buy the medicine from them , they will not explain me the dosage. I was anyways buying the eye drops from them … not that I wasn’t giving them any business at all. Very inconsiderate and rude people. For The eye drop they charged me $24 where as the same was available from Chemistwarehouse at $7. I am not complaining about the overpricing, but about their unhelpful attitude in explaining something as simple as the dosage of a script.
I have been twice to this place unfortunately for me
never again will I step foot in this place the old lady that works there has to be one of the rudest people I have ever come across. I thought I just caught her on a bad day but it seems everyday is a bad day for her. Don't work in customer service if you are going to be a sour sob
They are also money hungry trying to sell me 1 dispoable face mask for $6 even though I had my jumper fully covering my mouth and nose tightly
Wish I'd read the other reviews before shopping here. Almost double the price of other pharmacies for hair colour, $23.80 compared to $12.99 elsewhere. Not having bought it before I didn't know that was expensive until I looked in another chemist today. I'm all for supporting small businesses rather than chains, and expect to pay slightly more for the convenience, but this is ridiculous. Of course I'll never go there again and advise everyone else to avoid it like the plague!!
