Midori Furze Art Studio
Japanese born, Sydney Based contemporary artist's studio in Brookvale.Midori is a multi-disciplinary artist. She paints on canvases, draw with Japanese ink and brush on Japanese paper, as well as paper foldings (origami) at the studio.
She works with creative agencies to create origami designs for events. She runs private and semi-private origami workshops and art workshops on requests. She has run the workshops in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and Perth, e.g. Art gallery of NSW, Japan Foundation in Sydney, Japanese Embassy in Canberra, Powerhouse museum in Ultimo. She was awarded by the Consulate of Japan, Sydney in 2016.
