We've been with the Midwood team for 9 years now and find them to very hands on, they visit the property and are approachable. There are no hidden surprises with fees and they stay in touch with owners in a regular basis. When there was a flooding issue on the weekend we were able to talk directly with a body corporate manager and they were on site to assist. Practical and straight forward without boosting their charges with 'extra work' that is unnecessary.
Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for your Body Corporate Mgmt needs. We have been with this company for nearly 3 years and not once have we received accurate timely Meeting Minutes. They are not good with their communication in any form. They do not represent value for money in my experience. We are trying to move away from them, so do your homework, ask around and interview any potential Mgr's...just steer clear of this company.
