Worst customer service I have experienced. I am an existing customer who has eight Miele appliances in my home and am looking to replace one. Staff could not assist with product questions and had no interest in assisting. Then spoke with someone who was apparently the manager, the attitude was no better and extremely rude. Assume the staff take their queues from him. Now investigating other brands and the experience has been significantly better. There is no reason for me to stay with Miele, they obviously don't want repeat business. A one star rating only because zero is not possible on True Local.

This company has the WORST customer service. I waited three weeks for a serviceman for my 6 year old washing machine. I was told they were SO busy...a hint that there are lots of problems with their products. Serviceman arrived...now have to wait one more week for a part. Total cost will be approx $700-800 to repair!!! I could buy a new machine for that!! Miele advertise that their products last 20 years...what a load of rubbish. I will NEVER purchase another overpriced Miele Product...their inflated prices do not reflect the quality of their products!! Their products and service do not live up to their marketing hype.

When I bought equipment for my kitchen, I paid the extra because I thought I was getting the best. After a couple of years, when it was just out of warranty, the microwave oven broke down and they said it was beyond repair. I had to buy a new one. Meanwhile our original Sharp microwave oven, which we put out on the nature strip after over 20 years of service, was working perfectly when we threw it away to make way for the new microwave. Now in the main their oven, the glass covering one of the sidelights keeps falling out, and won't stay put when I stick it back in.



I filled in an online form at their request some time ago mentioning some of this. No response.
