Five Stars for customer service from me. I called the 1300 number on Miele's website after reading the negative reviews for my local Miele in Frenchs Forest NSW as I wanted to see if they had the spare part for my dishwasher before I visited. I got put through to the spare parts department in Victoria where I was greeted warmly and informed I had indeed come through to the right place for my enquiry - even though I was in Sydney. The very patient lady talked me through finding my model number on the appliance and whilst still on the phone sent me through a diagram of different parts that matched my description. It was apparently an immobilising brake and not only did it arrive in the mail the next business day (with a mate just in case we broke one again) she said there was no charge and it was a complimentary service. Way beyond my expectations - thank you.
Online service extremely slow. Have been waiting 1 week for vacuum attachments only to get an incorrect email to say my order cancelled. Rang Scoresby call centre and the team leader would not speak to me. I requested express post as I have a home open at the weekend but no joy. I have found complaints go unanswered with Miele as with my washing machine and dishwasher problems in the past
