Love seafood but service (especially the young, blonde female management on Sunday night) was worst I've ever experienced! She just had to be very rude to me and tell me what was wrong with me and what I had done 'that was wrong', instead of apologising for getting their service wrong (they forgot to include sauce that was paid for and I had to leave a party to return for it....).When I suggested that having to drive back for the sauce "was very inconvenient", she told me "you should have done this and that instead"...no apologies whatsoever!? Then everone looked shocked for what she said as much as what I said...she just kept on being nasty and did not care that I was dissatisfied...I know people make mistakes but at least 'say sorry' and try to make sure everyone leaves your shop 'satisfied' and show some feeling of being concerned that a customer was inconvenienced!!??
