I went to Milan's for the first time today. It was a sad time for me as my husband had passed away and I wanted my hair styled and coloured for the funeral in two day's time. Nelly and another lady took the time and their expertise to help me choose a colour and some highlights. Nothing was too much trouble. I was pampered. Nelly gave my hair a really good cut and style. Peter showed respect and compassion. I would recommend Milan's and will definitely return.
Best stylist and they rescued my hair from total "grass". The staff is always friendly and helpful and they are constantly improving!! I feel like a million dollars when I walk out!! They have never made a mistake with my hair and they have never overcharged!! My hair is very thick and difficult to manage, the staff just know what to do!! Would recommend them a million times over!
This is the first review experience for me and I feel compelled to balance the reviews posted below. I had a highly unsatisfactory and disappointing experience at Milan's. After a poor result executed by the salon I went to speak to them about what could be done. I was appalled by the extremely rude and unhelpful response. Treated my polite complaint with open hostility, rudeness and disregard. The fact that I have been a satisfied long term client (of another hairdresser at the salon who has since departed) made this situation even more untenable and disappointing.
