Very very very clean and nice and modern. You won't be dissapointed. The motel smells nice and fresh too. Nice staff. Recommended. Visit the Fun Fields Amusement Park and Yan Yean Reservoir for a picnic, also Savers (mega large opportunity shop on Childs Road, we found some brand clothing with the original tags) and Epping Shopping Plaza. Lots of restaurants, 1 minute walk to La Porchetta pasta restaurant or McDonalds breaky (we also enjoyed breaky in the motel). Not far to the city to go out to dinner somewhere (like Langham Hotels Melba restaurant buffet) and the Eureka Skydeck (Melbourne building with the highest views in the Southern Hemisphere). A bargain holiday cost-wise. We even liked just driving through the country-side past Yan Yean in no particular direction, enjoying the views of hills and animals and stopping at different little country towns to do a bit of shopping.
