I made the unfortunate decision to use Millars Timber Flooring based on their sales pitch and their claimed 15 years of experience.
What my wife and I were left with was a floor that wasn't sanded properly, and when coated with polish (German water based that their claim is the best) it looks like someone has painted it with a paint brush missing most of the bristles.
When contacted about this they were very begrudgingly returned and said that there was a dry patch in the roller when they applied the polish due to them leaving it outside to dry overnight not fully submerged in the bucket.
