The doctor I saw here is actually quite good but the reception staff are completely incompetent. They sent my test results to the wrong email address. No apology, the insinuation is it was MY error!? The week before they booked me a Tele consult AFTER the doctor’s finishing time so the doctor called me 20 mins before my appointment and I missed it. The staff are rude and dismissive. Avoid at all costs
I cannot even give it half a star. It is the most appalling medical centre I have ever had the poor privilege to ever visit. I had to wait a very long time even with pre-booked appointment and they never have enough doctors there even in times where waiting rooms are congested with people. There is a doctor there who completely disregarded my opinion and did not even have basic people skills. I found him to be very awful and unprofessional as one could get. I will never be setting foot in this monstrous place ever again. I feel like I am living in a third world country because the service in most places is dismal these days. We are not cattle, we are not animals to be herded through gates. We are human beings and should be treated with courtesy and respect like many of these businesses demand we should be. Stay away from this wretched place.
Terrible service here, would not recommend! The doctors are extremely unprofessional and gossip about patients with the receptionists in the waiting room, I was so shocked by this after waiting 45 mins after my appointment time, after mentioning that they should let patients know of the wait time, I was the told by the doctor that I was rude and that it wasn’t McDonald’s, I refused to be seen by him after. Terrible behaviour, I will never go back
