The gentleman that served me was extremely rude and huffed and puffed whilst completing my job (which took less than 2mins). All I asked for was a simple hem, he made me feel uncomfortable. Had I had time, I would have gone elsewhere. I'm sorry, but customer service makes a huge difference. But the end result was what I wanted, although if I had a sewing machine I could also sew a straight line.
