Mills Refrigeration

This company is a Bosch agent. They were referred to me by Bosch to take a look at a Bosch wall oven that was not working. No power was getting to the oven. The company made contact with me. They knew it was a Bosch wall oven that was to be looked at. I asked them for a quote. I was verbally quoted $100 which included 30 minutes labour. They turned up as promised and I was surprised to see 2 people. The chap I had spoken to on the phone said he always brings another person when it is a wall oven.
The problem was that the plug had come out of the oven at the rear. This was a simple solution to my problem. They did have difficulty putting the oven back, but eventually did it. Terrible shonky fridge repairer as we had our fridge serviced 3 months ago with parts replaced. Fridge now has stopped working and we had it checked by a reputable other fridge company. They told us that the parts replaced weren't genuine and replaced in bits. The original board & fan should of been replaced with one integrated unit and not separately and were charged double by Mills Refrigeration compared to the reputable repairer that came in. Very disappointed and will take it further.

Not happy. Mills replaced a part in my fridge that was from old components and after 4 months same problem presented. Reputable Samsung repairer has since replaced the same part with a legitimate new part and for half the cost Mills Regrigeration did. Feel ripped off.
