The variety and quality is great, but expect to pay big bucks. The have the most amazing black angus fillet I have ever seen, about 3 inches thick at $85 per kg! (Shipped in for the govenor apparantly!) They also have a wide variety of sausages, however not worth the $20 per kg in my opinion. Can also pick up all kinds of different cuts and varieties, such as rabbit meat etc. Extremely friendly and patient staff, and are happy to offer advice on how to cook things.
i agree with what was mentioned below,the service, the meat, the variety and different cuts of meat is amazing. However i dont agree with the remark about the sausages. I would pay money for those sausages, unlike supermarkets, the sausages at milton fine meats are made with pure meat and not all the fatty and unappealing extras, like you will find in supermarkets.
