Mimco

Mimco has nice accessories which a unique modern flair. This store is one of the larger ones and there are a great selection of handbags and jewellery. Bags cost around $400 which is a little price, but the designs and the materials are of good quality. The staff are very busy and depending on how many people are in the store, their service is a little hit and miss. Great for a browse!

I have had a bad experience with Mimco and agree with previous reviewer that the quality is not there. The prices they charge are high for a very low level of service and to be honest, unoriginal designs. This stores is quite open and trendy occupying a small but organically shaped space.Occasionally I go in for a browse, they have some pretty jewelry (I don't even go near there bags). I also sometimes like their headbands.

Bad Quality, Bad Staff and Bad Management. After returning some faulty shoes to a #Mimco Outlet store I was given a credit note (fair enough from an outlet store). I fronted up to the Mimco Chatswood store today and I really struggled to find anything I liked. I eventually settled on some Jewellery at three times the price of my credit note! After walking down the street I examined my purchase in a better light and realised what junk it was. I was back at the shop in less than an hour hoping to settle for my original credit note back. But guess what? There was some fine print I hadnt been warned about and I was only offered a credit note for this much higher amount. So I was to be stuck with this high credit note and there is absolutely nothing in that store I want! When I protested the three staff started pacing around us, all spinning the company line.
