Mimi Alterations

The worst service and attitude that I have ever experienced in my life. Got alternation of the pants with one short and one long, the lady is so ridiculously rude and she blamed on me, said either the pants was one short and one long when I was purchasing it , or it's because of my leg is one short and one long, what the heck was wrong with her, how could she said that. I was so upset and felt I was insulted. I have no idea how come their business could survive in Westfield. Just wanna share with more people that DO NOT GO TO MIMI ALTERNATIONS EVER!!!

Worst service I've ever experienced in my life. I walked in to collect alterations and the first thing she said was "I'm busy". I lost my receipt and was hoping she would be able to spend some time to find the clothes but she just started whining and complaining about how she's so busy and she doesn't have time for this. She then told me to go home and come back tomorrow and kicked me out of her store.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Shoddy workmanship, very low standard and attention to detail. My clothing was ruined to the point it can now no longer be worn. The owner was rude (even calling me names!) when I tried to compromise on a suitable compensation, I've now had to take her to a tribunal. Truly, truly awful. There are so many alteration places in the CBD, don't be fooled by its location in the Westfield. It's a shoddy place that must be avoided at all costs.

DO NOT go to Mimi’s for alterations. VERY LOW standard workmanship. Sneaky extra charges for not completing the alterations properly per original quote. Owner is rude, unapologetic and is dishonest with her business dealings.

Best tailer in CBD. Recommended by a staff in Westfield Sydney, my $500 suit was nicely done. Mimi was very professional and friendly.
