Yoga classes at Mind and Body Connections are designed to inspire, encourage, and empower people through awareness of breath, body and mind so students can feel free to reach their full potential. Students can expect to relax, be calm, and feel grounded using yoga postures balanced with stillness and silence of meditation.
Classes are challenging and powerful balanced with warmth, compassion and humour. Students will improve their muscle strength and tone, flexibility, enjoy visualisation techniques and benefit from positive affirmations.
