We are passionate about instilling the skills, strategies and Mindset necessary to Master their thoughts, feelings and responses in a world of uncertainty. At Mind Essentials we utilise a range of highly successful, brief treatment strategies to tailor individualised programs including: Clinical Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP and Growth Mindset Coaching.

About Megan Farrell -Director Mind Essentials
Megan is a highly qualified Hypnotherapist, Growth Mindset Trainer/Coach, Psychotherapist, NLP Practitioner and a graduate from the Australian Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy. The Institute is Australia's leading, Nationally Accredited RTO training provider, producing hypnotherapists of the highest calibre.
Megan's background has been in Education. Her love of children, and desire to see them become the very best version of themselves has been the motivating factor for her to move into this field.
As an educator of twenty seven years she has held various teaching, leadership and consultancy roles enabling her to bring a wealth of experience of children and adolescents to Mind Essentials.

Our Practise: Mind Essentials offers Individualised Hypnotherapy treatment programs in our rooms at Hawkesbury Heights very close to Springwood in the Blue Mountains. Our location provides easy access to clients from the Penrith, Hawkesbury and Sydney areas. If you wish to save time traveling we also offer Hypnotherapy sessions over Skype.
