Think about when you first perform a task, let?s say for this exercise driving a car. The first time you sat behind the wheel you had to consciously think about the order of what you did to be able to safely get moving and get somewhere. Very quickly your subconscious absorbs all this information, and before you know it, you are driving home and unable to often recall happenings on the way. You are on auto-pilot putting trust in your programming.
Your phobia is exactly the same principal, we will adopt a new way of dealing with a situation and re-program your subconscious to accept this as the normal response.
