In the context of weight management this may mean gaining greater awareness of , triggers, thoughts, feelings,urges, hungers and habits that lead to compulsive eating, weight gain and self loathing.

I have been struggling with binge eating for 26 years, and so happy I stumbled upon this mindful eating course. I have been binge free for over 4 months now and although I still get the urge to binge, I have learned techniques to help me recognise what I'm feeling, what I want to express and how I'm going to deal with these feelings in a healthy way?
Would recommend to anyone struggling with weight issues or those who simply want to learn how to listen to what their body needs and wants.
