No where near Southern Cross Station. We used this service to check in our bags for the day. The app said there was a mindmybag location right near Southern Cross (250m) but when given the location, it was over 1/2 a km walk with heavy bags. Staff were friendly and the process was simple but this was just irritating.

Upon booking, we provide detailed directions to the storage location.
It is just 220 meters from the nearest station exist (1-3 min walk).
When advertising online, we add 30 meters (and make it 250).
Google Maps are not aware of all station exits, which is why we provide the instructions.
