At the Sydney Hypnosis clinic (Mindworks Hypnotherapy) we do not follow a one size fits all program.? We tailor our sessions to fit you and your needs to help you become a successful non-smoker for life.

How our 3 Session Program Works:

Session 1 Quit Date:

This is the day you quit cigarettes and leave a non-smoker. You will go through and individualised assessment with me so I can tailor the session to meet your exact needs in being a non-smoker. I will also teach you techniques to take away to practice to reduce any withdrawal symptoms and anxiety related to smoking. You will also be given an MP3 and CD to take away for you to practive between sessions.

Second Session-Follow Up:

In the second session you will discuss with me any difficulties or concerns that may have come up after the first session, this way it allows me to create specific strategies. Some of the things people bring up in the second session are: putting on weight, withdrawal symptoms and how to manage stress in other way rather than smoking.
