I don't generally take the time to write reviews but i think this company deserves a great review . I have known about this company for around 20 years and i was recently looking to sell my unit complex and looked up Mint property i did notice not a lot of listings but i heard through a friend they do a lot of big off market Sales. I saw the reviews from a few Years ago and they did not favour the rental reception team . i thought id Take a chance and call to talk to a sales person anyway. I spoke to a Lovely lady who explained about the new team and kindly gave me the details for their best sales person for my complex . after a lengthy phone call with Gareth i was absolutely blown away by the manners and the knowledge as well as contacts they have on the Gold Coast.
Long story short I met with them didn't even have to list they found me a buyer and for more than i imagined... Thank you Gareth and Tony i wouldn't take my business anywhere else . Great work guys

Recently contacted Mint Property Rentals regarding an advertised property but ws fairly sceptical given the reviews posted about the company. I have to say the PM I spoke ot was extremely professional and when I made reference to the shocking reviews Barbara was more than happy to communicate that she has now assumed the role as PM and has a fantastic team dedicated to service excellence. I did not end up renting the property but in all fairness my experience with the company was very positive and therefore woth positng on this site
