I'm writing relating to 75 lakemba st, Belmore
Rubbish everywhere like it is not located in Australia, cockroaches in large numbers everywhere even if you clean the unit everyday, scams and 0 maintenance. They will tell you there are no restrictions as I got my cat I let him out and then they will ask you to remove it or lock it inside and imagine if you lock in a studio like what I had how bad is it for the cat and cleaning everyday after him but the smell stays you know. I was paying extra for parking while everyone parking at my spot and trying to fight me. They will try to charge you a lot more extra if you try to leave while asking you to pay for extra maintenance such a windows and blinders while they gave them to me very dirty (green colour) I felt like it was a complete scam and I did a big mistake moving there. I have been renting from these property managers for 5 years with no issues. When I left recently, they refunded my bond in total without fuss. Their caretaker even gave me a lift to my parent s house with my last load of furniture.

Over the years, I have seen the disgusting condition left by other tenants in our block and I can understand why Mir Bros has to protect their properties from the damage caused by these people who have no regard for their property.

When I asked if I could get Foxtel I was told by Mir Bros that they wanted to be present to ensure the installation was done properly however after they arrive 25 minutes later than promised, they did not let the Foxtel people in to do the installation. I was instead spammed messages and phone calls by Foxtel asking for me to let them in. I had already cancelled the first appointment upon hearing of Mir Bros' requirements and yet now they had caused issues once more, causing me to make a third appointment. In the phone call relating to this I was told "I told them they could do it, how could I let them in without the key. I'll leave you to hande it. Thanks" and then before I could respond I was hung up on. I've been told by others who have had dealings with Mir Bros that their customer service is poor, but this kind of treatment is very poor. In the past they have also entered the property without notice and without permission to deal with issues relating to other properties.

I would not recommend anyone to this rude stupid agent . I rented a unit in lakemba and lived there for more then 3 years and when i was moving out i did all the cleaning and everything and at the time of final inspection that old man came to inspect the property and said i have to pay $1500 on top of my bond money and my bond money was $1120. because he was saying he will repaint the unit due to all the small spots which were not even visible and blinds needs steam cleaning. When i said i will not pay this amount because all this things comes in small wear and tear he started threatning me that i will go to court and i will make your history bad no one will give you property for rent. I made a complaint to fair trading also . I warn everyone stay away from him .

I strongly agree on tge following feedback about the MirBros and Companies. The Property Agent has become extremely Rude and Hostile after I signed the lease and it looks like we are in their trap now.
The Property Agent showed us top floor apartment and we paid the advance earnest money for that because the Property Agent was in better condition. We went to their office to pay the rest of the bond +rent . after taking the money the Property Agent disclosed that the top floor unit is not availabke any more and they are giving us a ground floor unit. The Property Agent fabricated the agreement with correction tape or whiteout and changed the address on it. They did not show us the ground floor apartment and sent us there.
