Mirage Boat Hire

The manager Marc has a very poor service skills. He hates his job and he hates foreigners but his business is about foreigners. So is very stupid to approach this company as your holiday plans certainly will become a nightmare... so better don't it!!!!

BEWARE! The management has bad anger management issues. They turned our what was supposed to be a very happy family day out in the water into a nightmare! As a local I would hate to see how they treat the tourists. We got abused for simply turning up 5 min early to pick up our hired boat. My elderly parents and young children Unfortunately had to witness the whole thing, the fact that they had to hear the abuse will forever haunt me! They then refused to give us our deposit back saying we should sue them. We got the refund in the end but has to endure their abusive ranting and raving while we were trying to be diplomatic and reasoning just so we could get the refund. Embarrassment to the Gold Coast tourism !,
