Do not go for piercings. It was rushed and they are rude. Both my kids had their ears done and both on the right side are way too close to the edge of the lobe, I had to take them out. Use a tattoo parlor with a professional piercer as at least they are properly trained and use the right tools not some stupid clicker which you can get for a few dollars online.You do not need any sort of qualifications to pierce.

Had my eyebrows tattooed. Asked to see a photo of what I would like. Showed it to the tattooist. Very disappointed with the end result they came out nothing like the photo I showed them. Looks like I ha 2 caterpillars above my eyes. Came time for a touch up and they wanted to charge me a additional $100 for a touch up.every other place you go to there is no charge for the 4 week touch up. Very unhappy customer. Will definitely not be using this place again

Went in to get my tongue pierced a while ago. After my tongue piercing healed, it was clear to me and others that my piercing was off centre. When I was getting the peircing, the peircer did not even try to comfort me (and it was really obvious that i was anxious), in fact she was quite rude and it seemed as if she was bothered by me and doing the piercing itself, even though I had booked the appointment in advance.

Been a loyal customer for 4 years and was told they couldn't fit me in for being 5 minutes late to my appointment (which was out of my control due to road works). Drove 35 minutes to reach the shop And they knew that and still rejected me.

Having been a customer now for over 6 years i wouldnt go anywhere else.

The staff are amazing, it dosnt matter who i see im always happy.
