We ordered our coffees and snacks, which were, as always delicious, unfortunately when our drinks arrived the wait staff spilt the milk jug onto the table and onto the seat my mother in law was seated at. These things happen, but what was strange was the wait staff disappeared, didn't come over and help clean up or say sorry, it was disappointing as we always find Miss Mauds a pleasant experience- perhaps there may be some training required of staff to deal with this type of situation- we have decided in future to go and have our afternoon tea at one of the other coffee establishments at Innaloo.
