Miss Saigon won't offer the best Vietnamese food you've ever tried, but it does offer a fast, cheap and tasty meal. I always order the combination pho. It's nothing special, but it's definitely not bad. Service is average, but food comes out extremely quickly.
If you're around Hurstville looking for a quick and tasty pho, I'd recommend Miss Saigon.
We were really dissappointed with this restaurant and got offended. We usually went to this restaurant on the weekend in summer time. The food was usually nice but not anymore. Last time we went there for salt and pepper squid, it wasn't cooked properly. It was very bad. We usually sat outside with no probs. However, yesterday we went there while only few people eating inside (around 3.30 pm and it wasn't busy time) and we decided to sat inside because it was a bit chilly. We had a little stoller but the staff insisted us to move to a little table on the corner and they said we can't park the stroller next to our table. Then I said that "I'm going to take my child out of the stroller first and she's going to sit next to me" Then when I picked up my daughter up and suddenly without notice and harsh, the staff pushed the stroller away from me. They are very impolite and discriminative.
I wouldn't recommend this restaurant anymore.
I tasted better vietnamese food. There was this time that I ordered vermicelli noodles with grill pork. The pork was disgusting, it looked unnatural as if It's "spam" (canned food). Never will order that again.
A few days ago, i went to eat there with my parnter and i ordered vermicelli with spring rolls! everything was good UNTIL my partner noticed small little dead flies in the dipping sauce for the spring rolls. we told the lady, and she gave us fresh sauce..
