Missy's Place

Had a very so-so experience at Missy's. Went in for a body exfoliation treatment - thought I was in for a bit of pampering but they really just rubbed the scrub in and wiped it off - I might as well have done it myself in the shower. Have had scrubs at a few different day spas, and they usually make it more of an experience - music, scented candles, offer of post treatment refreshment etc. won't bother going back.

I had my eyebrows waxed here before and I received the worst service. The staff burnt my skin off. When I went back to see them to check it staff rudely ignored me and said it was due to my "sensitive skin". Funny that, Ive had my eyebrows waxed before at many places and still do and have not had such a bad experience compared to this place. Secondly when I asked them if they had any soothing for it, staff simple tried to sell me a product (which can be bought elsewhere). Did not care at all. The staffs working there are rude and have the worst attitude. Im not sure if the staffs receive any training but the service they give clearly shows they dont know even know how to wax. POOR SERVICE. POOR ATTITUDE...boring products.

Hubby bought me a spa day here for Christmas. Unfortunately after booking I fell ill and had to rebook but I was sick again !!! I called them as soon as their office opened and have again rebooked but for a week later to make sure I would be well....Not good enough according to staff at Missys !!! They have taken the $450 from the voucher and are not honouring it!!! I even offered to get a doctors certificate. Shame on you Missys.
