Do not get anything of value engraved here! I took in 4 Georg Jensen napkin rings to be engraved. They completely butchered them and are now unusable! My seven year old daughter has beater handwriting!!! Atrocious service and quality!!!! And they charged me $50 for the privilege of ruining them!
Do not use this store, I had a battery changed in a good quality watch. When they handed it back, 40 meters away it fell apart, they took no responsibility and said it had nothing to do with them. It's outrageous, they had literally been working on it and then it was broken, how can they not possibly see the connection. It is now costing a fortune to fix, not by them of course, I have found a professional, which is where I should have gone in the first place!
I've been getting my keys cut and watch batteries replaced at Mister Minit at Westfield Bondi Junction for a few years now. They are located on the bottom floor near the pet shop where all of the mobile phone shops are. I always find them helpful and they always make suggestions about saving time or money or both. I find them very trustworthy.
