Completely agree with other reviews, this is the worst customer service have ever experienced in my life. The son of the owner is rude, abusive and very aggressive. Does not know how to deal with customers but threatens you with security after yelling at you.

Worst customer service I have ever come across. They do not honour their 2 year battery warranty saying to clients that the battery that is in there was not originally installed by them. Don't get your batteries replaced at this place. Extremely rude as well. Will be reporting this one to Office of Fair Trading.
Took 2 weeks to replace 4 pins in 2 of my husbands wrist watches, was given excuse after excuse every second day upon returning to collect them, finally when they were "so called" repaired one of the pins broke the very same day. Lousy service and poor workmanship and attitude to boot, I recommend taking your business elsewhere ! Posted 08/06/12
