Horrible customer service. The guy was extremely rude and had a go at me when I came back 1 hour early to check if my shoes were done. The shoes were done so I don’t understand the rudeness as to why I was an hour early to check. I wasn’t happy with them as they were so crooked and uneven so I asked him to do it again and all I got was attitude. Don’t work in customer service if you haven’t got any customer service skills. Never going back.
My fiance and I took our wedding rings in to be engraved. When I picked them up, he had smashed one of the stones in the ring and refused to take any responsibility. This was 5 days before our wedding. I strongly advise to never come here. Worst business ever.

Since than Mister Minit Liverpool has been Franchiseed and is independent proprietor of the Business which is conducted under Franchised from Minit Australia Pty Ltd. We have new and exciting staff members in the store, one which has over 20 years experience in the trade.
