Absolutely poor and shocking customer service. Wanted a key replaced and to purchase an additional key. Ended up having to attend every day for 5 days before I finally had a very poor quality replacement key and after waiting for more than an hour (having been assured that due to all the inconveniences, I'd wait no longer than half an hour), on the fifth visit I finally chose to leave sans the additional key.
A replacement key that was so poorly done it pulled apart at the first use. When I returned the next day I was told the person who prepared my replacement key had never done it, realised it didn't quite fit but as Matt wasn't around had no idea what to do and so I had to come back the next day again. Customer service was AMAZING!! I dropped off my stilettos (4 pairs) to be re-heeled. They suggested which shoes I should consider getting soles replaced and they were prepared to have a same day pick up!! I was not expecting this so I picked them up a few days later.. I was attended to by a different staff member whose customer service was just as exceptional!! (very rare)... Great work guys!! I highly recommend anyone looking for shoe repairs to visit Mister Mint, North Lakes (Westfield - near Coles)... They also have a rewards card... which was very exciting because I constantly need my shoes re-heeled!! You have won my business!!! Plus, I shouldn't skip over the fact that their workmanship was fantastic... Keep up the great work... I know I will be recommending you to all my friends and family.
