Absolutely Shocking engraving job. Do not go here for engraving. I asked for my initials to be block printed on the back of a watch and all 3 letters were uneven, in different sizes and slanted. I am disgusted by the lack of precision. When I commented I received no answer or explanation only a request for $13! Do not risk your items worth engraving here!
I have never felt inclined to post a review of a business before but what I saw from these people on the weekend was disgusting. Expensive - even repairs in Bellevue hill are cheaper, poorly done - the edge are not smooth and catch on things, extremely rude - when I collected my shoes after three weeks, and without my docket, although i offered to get it from home and return on the weekend. I casually mentioned to the assistant that a reminder phone call would have been nice as I had forgotten. That's all. He said he doesn't have to do anything like that, my docket said I would collect. Umm i forgot. He is not obligated to call me or anyone and he and his assistant ranted at me for about five minutes and then said besides if you don't collect them in three months we just throw them out. And they both laughed at me. OMG they have your number why couldn't they call you. As I took my bag of shoes, I said next time i will go elsewhere.
A customer, who just moved here and regularly gets her shoes repaired - hello ? what about service.
