Useless. Boots taken in to have zipper replaced. First told 7 working days, then 10 working days. Went in at 14 working day (so, in real time near on 3 weeks) to be told no, they're still not back. Have officially complained to their HO.
Additionally, flatmate and I have had keys cut from there and they've never worked. Always had to go to another MM to have them recut.
Very poor shoe repair.
Took my $350 leather boots to be resoled and the top re-stitched.
I was discussed to find my brown boots with black polish marks swiped along each boot and the top of the brown boot stitched up with WHITE thread. When I say stitched it was a mess of stitches overlapping each other.
When I pointed out the poor standard of repair and that white thread should have never been used on brown shoes the staff said it was JUST A REPAIR!.
Staff offered to paint the white stitching with brown paint. I was horrified..
