I found the guys here to be great. I went in for keys to be cut and they explained that i should try and keep the key i gave them as the unused original. They weren't looking to upsell, just informing me.
While there, I asked about getting some shoes reheeled. The guy explained what they would do and gave me an approximate cost.
Avoid this mister minit, I took a watch to them for a battery replacement. They scratched up all the side of my watch - ( which was worth over $800 Citizen watch ), and still could not get the back off to replace the battery. I had ask them to be careful, they pretended if was fine and did not even tell me what they had done. I only discovered it after I put my glasses on and checked the back of my watch. Do not go to Mister minit Strathpine.
You must have been there on a bad dad.... I have taken loads of stuff there including watches. The guys there are always polite and friendly and always do a fantastic job. 10 out of 10 and quite simply the best customer service.
