Disappointing to make the effort to go and get a quote on postage one day and to return 2 days later with the exact same package and have the cost nearly double. They did apologise after the staff member admitted making the mistake but there was never any effort to cover or correct their error, that does not cover the additional $6 that had to be paid from my sons $8 ebay sale. If your staff make a mistake take responsibility for it.
