I find the owners very rude to deal with on the phone - so I didn't even book in a service
First time , I called they hung up on me,
Second time another lady Jan was very short saying she'd call back never did - sounded as if she did not want to be there
Aaron I think it is phone manner also apalling to say the least .- informed wait time was 3 wks - which appears they are busy I guess
His quote price -3 times more than other places

Now trading as more4x4.

Took my 4wd in Friday for service and to get some things fixed.
Was told he was busy and could have it back by sat. I said I'll pick it up Monday.

Called so many times on money only to be put on hold and never called back.

Pick the car up at 3pm Monday. Service had not even been done.
I did leave a bad review as he didnt even say sorry for his god awful service.
Well then the lies came out.
It's more BS BUT IM HAPPY TO REPLY AS I HAVE PROOF OF HIS LIES.

The work the team did to my ute was first class. All the new bits are working exactly how they should be, with no niggiling Rattles or issues that you might expect when so many componets get removed and replaced. Not to mention super fast and well priced.

Terrible experience.
I asked Aaron at Mitchell Brothers to quote on getting my Landcruiser up to speed mechanically. I received an initial invoice for $468 to inspect the car so they could quote the work. Yes, an invoice to quote on work. I paid this immediately but did not receive the quote or even a typed report on what was required.
I followed up with emails asking Aaron to ‘do the right thing’ and send a quote but received no reply.
I then asked for a refund and was told no.
I have since taken my car elsewhere, where it was Inspected & quoted. Repairs so far are $3800 which have paid happily.
Aaron has since sent emails accusing me of blackmail & extortion for telling them I would post a review.
And they sent a quote, today, after the car was fixed elsewhere ??????
