Awesome! You get good old fashioned service from the staff at Mitre 10 Cleveland. My elderly mum needed a whipper snipper and we had to return the first one we picked. We got kind and helpful assistance from the wonderful man at Mitre 10' who checked everything out and offered a refund without hesitation. He then pointed us in the direction of the Sthil whipper snipper which he highly recommended and offered to help my mum when she needs to reload the trimmer line down the track. Mum is so happy with how easy, light and powerful the unit is to use. Thank you Mitre 10 you definitely are mighty helpful.

I try to support local businesses, and have shopped here in spite of the lack of knowledge and/or interest from the staff.
However, I will never again. Tried to return/repair a lawn trimmer whose guard broke after a couple of months of light use. Was told, "that's been abused" (it hadn't) and that they couldn't help me. Staff were unhelpful, dismissive and rude.
Avoid this business at all costs. Save yourself the aggravation and go to Bunning's.
Mitre 10 should be horrified to have their brand associated with this business. Absolutely horrifed.
I am very disappointed in the unprofessional service provided by Mitre 10 Cleveland. On top of receiving some disappointing news today I was faced with being told to drive 25 minutes to Mitre 10 to return a faulty product (Garden hose that cost $98.00) that was purchased less than a year ago and came with a 15 year warranty. On arrival the very unhelpful staff immediately told me that because the hose had been cut they will do nothing about it. I had to cut the hose in order to keep using it and was unaware that this would void any warranty. The blow outs and splits in the hose are very obvious and I am still not sure how cutting the hose changes that. It was indicated that I caused the damage and there is no fault. Unbelievable Mitre 10. Congratulations on being my first negative review to any business. You certainly deserve it.
amazing in the busy world we live in that a hardware store will go out of it's way not only to explain the product but will even offer to order it in and ring you up when it comes in, found the staff in this store very helpful and wanting to assist in any way possible, good selection and highly recommend to others
