I joined this site just to write a review on how bad this store is. Staff and management are so rude and arrogant and have no customer service whatsoever. Refused to give refund on faulty goods. Would never ever recommend anyone shop here. Go to Bunnings. At least have some level of service there without the attitude

Mitre 10 in Marrickville is the worst store you can visit. Believe me, it's your money so use it wisely. They have absolutely no respect for their customers, no customer service, they are arrogant. This was the worst customer service I've ever encountered, from staff to the management. Visit other stores for example in leichardt, a lot better. It's your money, use it wisely. Good luck. Alex
