Roger Sawtell has been in business in the highlands for over 30 years. He is an APA member with a post graduate qualification in MANIPULATIVE THERAPY. We treat the following - sports injuries, spinal pain, orthopaedic problems, lateral hip pain.
He is also happy to provide training advice and/or a functional exercise programme.

CLINICAL PILATES - Roger does one on one CLINICAL PILATES individually suited to your needs. A home programme is also provided.
BIKE FIT - He is qualified to do an individual BIKE FIT for you. This will fit the bike to you to reduce the risk of injury.

All health funds accepted and most appointments will be within 24-48 hours if not on the day of your enquiry.
