I go to Missy all the time - Kate is wonderful too.
They do a great job, and listen to what you want done to your hair.
They give helpful hints and make you feel relaxed and comfortable.
When I go in to the studio they make me feel like 'one of them', they are not stuck-up at all, and I love the atmosphere!
I have been to a lot of hair dressers, but MJ's is the best.
I trust them with my hair, and know they do the best they can.
Misty does a good job with your hair but it took longer than it should just for regrowth and a trim because they were all too busy socialing! I enjoyed the company but there were atleast 6 other women - coworkers and friends dropping in all chatting amongst me getting my hair done. It was annoying when the apprentice would stop drying my hair to talk to someone else about nothing all that important.
Not very professional but thankfully Misty did do a professional job on my hair.
The atmosphere was "local" and friendly, not a stuckup salon thats for sure.
I will go again when they move into their new premises and try it again. Misty is the only fully qualified hairdresser there and says she will be employing a 2nd which I believe will help the business.
