Could not recommend this practice more! My husband and I have been seeing Dr Basil for over 5 years, and have never been more comfortable with a GP. She is very knowledgable and attentive and I always feel comfortable discussing any issues with her. I recently saw Dr Hay for my flu shot and he was also excellent - didn't even feel a pinch! The front desk staff are also lovely and very helpful. We recommend this practice to everyone!

I have been attending this practice for over 25 years and couldn't recommend it more! Dr Marissa and Dr Bruce has always been attentive and knowledgeable, with excellent referrals and care that leaves me feeling confident and reassured. I recently saw the new doctor, Dr Sam, who is equally kind, knowledgeable and clear. The reception staff are friendly and proactive. Very highly recommend this practice!

HIGHLY recommended. The practice has just been amazing for me, my husband, and our kids. The lovliest helpful reception staff. Dr Bruce and Marissa have been looking after us for several years. They always go the next step, we never feel rushed, and they refer to the best specialists. My sone saw a new doctor in there this week - Dr Sam - who I can highly recommend. He was lovely, I quickly felt confident with him, and he's to stay! My husband works in the city so they are super convenient.

UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL. I attended this practice to have a test done a week before an appointment with a specialist. Putting aside the fact that I was charged more than typical for the test, I told the doctor the date of the appointment and that the results were required to be provided to the specialist before the appointment. Just a few hours before my appointment, when I called to check with the medical centre, I discovered that the results were not provided. I was informed that the doctor was with a patient, so I left an urgent message. The doctor did not return my call. Half an hour before my appointment, the results were still not provided and reception informed me that the doctor had "back to back" appointments (despite their earlier assurance that they understood the urgency and would get the doctor to call as soon as the doctor was finished with the current patient).
