The MLG Realty office property managers are slack and lied about the state of the place I stayed 1 year. I noticed that their service a disgrace. They won't admit their fault and are making us responsible for their stuff-up.
Hi Josh,
Unfortunately I did not read the reviews for MLG Realty before signing the lease. From your review and the others, I understand that my future with them won't be bright. Is there any advice you can give me, a soon-to-be tenant (aside from moving out that is)? Do you mind elaborating what were the worse things they did?
Awful, awful business. Rude staff, inattentive, late replying to urgent maintenance issues, overcharge rent, late to return overcharges and bond payments, fail to adhere to relevant legislative requirements - Residential Tenancy Act. Cannot warn more strongly than to avoid at all costs

Hi anonymous245,
I have made a grave error by signing a lease with MLG prior to reviewing the comments! May I know how long were you on lease with MLG? As a soon-to-be tenant with them, is there any advice you can give me to protect myself? I like your suggestion of using their cleaners - my guess is they'll make a big fuss if you used someone else?
Thanks
James
